The hotel was a mixed bag for me. The rooms were very good, clean, and tidy, always ready to smile and help. However, the kids play area was a bit dark, noisy, and barren, so I had to ask for a better room at reception.

The hotel rooms were spectacular, exactly as depicted in the pictures. The water kettle, coffee machine, and tea options were great amenities to have. However, the room had a slight damp smell, especially noticeable in the darkness, despite undergoing reconstruction recently.

The service was a mixed bag. While the staff were dedicated as the Country was hosting the basketball world cup and housed multiple international teams, some instances of rudeness were noted, particularly towards the housekeeper. The overall experience was not as nice or welcoming as expected.
